Cecelia, a devout student of drama since 2012, hails from the Great North. No, not that one. Canadia. Canaddlah? She’s a BC girl at heart. Having attended Simon Fraser University for college and earning a BFA in Acting, she continued studying the craft at Railtown Actors Studio.

A member of SAG-AFTRA, Cece is working toward a career in VO whilst she pursues other filmmaking aspirations with her writing partner and independently.
